The shopping list is getting both longer and shorter! I have acquired the engine from a 1999 E300 W210, low mileage and in very clean condition.
So that's one big purchase made.
Next will be a conversion plate to mate the engine to the 4L80; the upgraded turbo, an anti-jerk kit for low throttle comfort, a billet intake and a mechanical fuel pump with uprated jets.
Finally, will be the sundries, electrical components and the bits I've previously forgotten!
Does anyone have any advice on constructing a seat frame to take two Volvo seats and an integral cubby Box?
