You could convert a 2wd frame to a 4x4 but it will take some doing to make the rear look correct. The frames are different from the coil spring trailing arm rear suspension compared to the leaf spring trucks. All 4x4's had leaf springs in the back. You could dut the rear section of the frame and graft it in on your 2wd frame but it will be a lot of work. The front since is already bent, you could cut and graft on the 4x4 blazer frame section as well. You might look for a 4x4 frame first to save a lot of time IMO.
