Couple of small tabs to locate the top and a couple welds at the bottom corners and it's solid now. Tried to get a shot of the access to the nuts in the back. Easy to get to. This rack shows to come in all 97-04 2wd Dakotas and seems like a no brainer. It practically installed itself. Now I just have to work out the steering linkage and pressure hose.
