I sanded a little bit between coats to try to smooth it out. I used Floetrol to try to get the paint to smooth out and flow better. Not sure that it really helped.

My wife wants it to be stained so she can see the grain of the wood, but it is a truck that will be used...I use my truck as a truck also and it is my daily driver so this may be perfect...now how to break it to the wife!
