I forgot to mention a couple of things in my last update post:

One is that I cleaned up the wiper motor and tested it. I also checked out the wiper linkage and transmissions to make sure they moved freely before connecting the arms to the motor.

Two is, before I installed the under dash wire loom I sprayed all of the contacts and connectors with electrical contact cleaner and connect and disconnect them a couple of times with the parts they connect to, and it cleans the male and female terminals up pretty good.

Is there a way to test electric motors off of vehicle WITH a load? The reason I ask, I had a blower motor once that would run off the vehicle but didn't have enough power once the fan was added. Wipers have a pretty heavy load, so my concern.
