Yep that is 78 up flip and fold seat. Not the same as 77 down. 77 and down is like the 1st Gens with the seat sitting up a little on legs because there was no rear seat foot well. Also on the 78 up there is three belts and the spade is permently fixed to the inner fender for the two outboard seating postitions. Center is a manual adjust with the two outboards having the retractors.

One of the reasons we got rid of our 79K5 was the only seat belt in the back seat that would hold my youngests car seat was the center and it was so wide it was pissing off the oldest kid jammed becide the seat. Same belt problem on the 88 Burb that center is only spot suitable for car seat but the back seat is a full 18 inches wider since its not between the fender wells.
