Your water trap needs to much farther from the compressor to be effective. The air coming out of the compressor is very hot and contains water vapor and until the air cools enough for the vapor to turn to a liquid, which will be captured by your water trap.
Move the water trap to the end of the line and you will see results.

I made a “snake” behind the compressor all back pitched to drain the water to the tank to give me an xtra 30’ of line before my first drop. Your drops need to come out on top so the water isn’t as able to get towards the separator like this:
