Earl's Performance AT165006ERL uses a compression fitting to lock onto a 3/8 inch outer diameter smooth tube. If the tube you are attaching this to has a barb or a nipple on the end to help hold on a hose, you will need to use a tubing cutter to remove that nipple. Once you have a smooth tube you can slip on the nut and the feral and tighten it down.

I've been searching for this answer. I originally was going with a carburated setup but switched to EFI. I already bought the 3/8 aluminum tube and didn't want to have to buy braided lines all the way back to the under bed tank. You just saved me a bundle, merry christmas.
