Could you provide more detail on what you did and/or had done on the "rebuild"?

machine shop did all of their necessary work. decking, honing, cleaning, pressed cam bearings, they also did the valves
i assembled everything. i did re-use the old head bolts...i'm sure i screwed up there. 
i dropped the head off yesterday. i'll get new head bolts this time
