I don't think I have that much time...

I put a at least 20 to 25 foot slanted out side roof to keep the snow off your cars.

I find a quite Air compressor one inside one out side.Run galvanism 3/4 steel pipe all around your shop for the air and at every drop I put a Bll Valve so you can empty the water in the lines Plus i put a water separator 2 2 of them in your lines.Trust me Never use PVC after 10 years it brakes

I put 2 modine ceiling heaters in that run off pro pain.or gas.

A bath room if you can best off put a stand up shower in it..

Last thing i spray the inside to keep the heat in and the cold during the season times.

Get all the cool tools like a Benpack exhaust bender..I find a out side waist oil 500 gallon container.Plasma cutter and mig welder.if you have room i buy 2 40 footer containers for spare parts.

Ya i know just a dream But it would make your property worth a ton of money
I am on the Mississippi headwaters and can only do so much. (no businesses and such)Plus I am still paying for the garage, but if I had an extra 50-75k laying around, I may consider it.
