Wow those are the biggest tires I have ever seen on a lowered truck! If you put proper size rubber on there, it would lower the truck another 2 inches at least! I say keep it lowered but those 4x4 tires need to go. If you dont want to spend a lot, get tires from pick n pull. I got my last set of almost new 215/70R15's for $16 each. If you dont care how it looks, and just want a truck, then sure raise it back up and keep those tires on there.
