I drilled one inch holes and used a undercoating gun with a flexible wand to spray POR15 everywhere on my 67 Burban. I went with one inch holes so I could use factory plugs to fill them afterwards. If you want more information check out my Working Man's Burban thread in the Suburban section. You could use the same gun to spray Fluid Film in the voids also. It is an old school rust proofing agent that is non-toxic and works well.
