I should prob add this too just in case.... The spindles will swap over, but swapping will require the 73-87 supporting hardware as well (rotors, bearings, calipers, hoses, tie-rods etc). More than likely this stuff changed just like it did for the 1/2 tons. I would @ least look it up.
