Here are a few shots of how I fabbed up these panels. They won't be installed until the spring as I have a bit of body work left, but you will get the picture. I bought the panels without holes as I was not sure what size speakers I was going to use, but settled on 6X9s. If I were to do it again, I would let Jeff cut them for me.These panels are a quality product really fit well in my '71 C20 cab, as you can see.

First I test fit the panels, marked where the bottom mounting plates go and then cut out the speaker hole as well as a port for air movement.

I then put a couple of coats of primer on.

Once the primer was cured for a few days, I faced the panel with black vinyl and put the speaker on for a sneak peek. The air port is finished with a rubber grommet.

They fit really well and look pretty awesome for 2 hour project. Now back to the body work!
