Yeah, I've driven in these hills plenty with no Jake and no AC. Take it easy and don't get excited.

Last year a deputy sheriff had to "rescue" a rookie female reefer driver off a mountain near here. She pumped the brakes until she ran out of air, the brakes locked, and she was afraid to release them once she built air again. Luckily the deputy had grown up in the log woods.

There is a company north of here that sends rookie drivers through here on regular basis and it's interesting to watch them in these hills. Not fun to follow them though.
