It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay for such work (including labor and parts) and to submit the alleged defective parts, written order showing all charges and a written receipt for payment of all charges to BluePrint Engines for review and determination by BluePrint Engines that the failure is or is not covered by this Limited Warranty.
