Using a wiring diagram for color code and a 12V test light or digital volt meter, start at the turn signal harness plug as you check voltage.. Work your way through the harness plugs all the way to the bulbs.. Old vehicle electrical systems are eat up with corrosion, bad and/or loose connections and bad grounds..
