I changed my password after reading about the security breach, but like an idiot i didn't write it down anywhere, now i have forgotten it.
I leave my computer logged in and use the remember my password option, my cell phone however is a different story, i forgot my password before i got re-logged in with my cell, now i cant log in with my cell and i received an email saying i have had 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in.
To change the password you have to enter the old one....
My PM to Liz has so far gone unanswered ( i know we all have life's away from the computer ) So I'm here for help.
My email is current on my account, can you send me a password reset link? something? I need to reset it again and save it somwhere so i can reference it.
