I had good luck with black LMC seat back panels that I rattle canned olive green with LMC recommended ColorBond LVP interior green paint (part # 37-8378)

I painted the console and seat rear arm rests too. I didn't use adhesion promoter but would recommend you use it after you clean the surfaces well.
