Sweet... I was hoping maybe it was just that one side of that leaf spring and maybe the other side was fine but looks like someone hit all four corners. So yep. I'll be trying to find some new leafs before I leave now too.
Seems like a really silly way to lower the rear when you could get the same effect with some shackles and not ruin the leaf springs.
