Went to test the coil and found that it wasn’t completely connected to the distributor. Now we have spark (truck will fire on fuel dumped down the TB) but no injector pulse (checked with a Noid light). I’m thinking pickup coil in the distributor...

I then still have the issue of the driver side fuel pump continuously running (not to mention that toggling the tank selector switch doesn’t seem to do anything) but progress is progress.
