If its not working for you then your only recourse it not to spend money with them and let them know why. I used to refer to them as the supplier that did good by its customers. I have lately heard too many complaints to refer anyone to them so you may well be justified. I just ordered some parts from them and only got half the order with a one week fill promise. Today its on backorder again till may 1.
I used to sell body panels and when I found out a sold part was on backorder I found it somewhere and took the few dollar loss on that panel so the customer had a complete order and then took it off the website till it was back in stock. I don't see anyone doing that today. The reason they don't is that if the customer can't get a complete order they don't buy anything from the site. I think they would rather give back 10 or 20% of the order total than lose the entire sale.
