So the 80 Camaro was a bit of a journey paint/powder coat wise. The car was a super clean 28K mile car when I bought it a couple years ago. Zero rust car. Not on speck due to being sprayed with rust proofing by Zeibart. So that was good. But when I was doing the LS swap I had the all the front end parts sand blasted in prep for powder coat. But in preparation for the powder the shop pre-heats the parts. As soon as they did that the Zeibart rust proofing turned to liquid and ran out from every where. So no go on the powder. I cleaned up the mess. The using spray bomb Rust-oleum primer and paint I just sprayed it. The paint is semi-gloss black. Turned out great in my opinion. Another pic of the 80.
The other pic is of my 68 C10. On that I did a satin black powder coat.
