Thanks, I am proud of all the work I've been fortunate enough to achieve. I never had giving up on it come across my mind, even if I should have. Guess, I'm a little too stubborn.
It seems something else always needs fixed (just like anything else I own). Finally starting to get ahead of the curve. I guess I could rename it the money pit Turd or Golden Turd
