surprised the shocks are bottoming out...I have relocators on mine with bags, but it's not really the length they change but the angle....they are stock length shocks with performance valving for a lowered suspension (kyb's) ...so I'm guessing someone changed out your shocks at some point....
my stock length shocks aren't bottomed out and my rear bumper is 5" off the ground
