Can anybody help me to decode this vin?

1C154L113981

its on a 60 Apache, here in Germany.
What I found:

1 = 1961
C = 2WD
15 = 1/2 ton
4 = Pickup
L = (found Los Angeles but not for this year)#
113981 = ser. number 3981, but that be?
Could this be real?
