Uh, what's with the Canadian inspection & rust? I could see it from a safety standpoint in mounts/ etc, but on a panel? Are they concerned about holes for exhaust to find its way in the cab?
This country has millions of rusty vehicles on the road... and I can't remember ever reading headlines that said "accident/ injury/ death found to be caused by rust"
