Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but never sand anything with your fingers, use a sanding block. I use the soft ones like this:

what happens is this: if you use your hand, you cut little fingers shaped groves instead of making the surface flat. It will be uneven and you will be a able to see that.

Also, it seemed that your spray coverage was not great.
Hold the piece and can upright.

Honestly this feels pretty half assed. Oh I only have one can of clear, fugit, let's go! and then you wonder why it doesn't look good.
Painting is hard, you gotta follow the rules.

Also, cut and buff the clear it WILL look better if you do that!
(something like 800, 150,2000) but you need to have enough clear on it first!
