Very nice truck friend made one and put a Duramax with an allison transmission in it

Nothing to do with overcooking the hops UV light breaks down the acids which then binds with the beers proteins causing the beer skunk . You can do the same storing near a grow light . Thats why a lot of beers are in brown bottles it doesn't happen as much with brown bottles . Heat or refrigeration has no play in it

Been brewing for 20 years and have taken a few classes
