292s have the right [passenger] side motor mounts forward, and the fuel pump is in the middle, across from the left side motor mount.
The other L6s, 230 and 250, have symetrical motor mounts and the fuel pump is forward.
Also the 292 has a 2 inch taller block, and the lifter/pushrod cover plates are 6'' tall, not 4''
By ''air'' bracket, did you mean air conditioning compressor bracket, or the A.I.R. [Air Injection Reaction] smog pump holder?
Out of my reach, of course. I haven't been to Tennessee since I was in the military, 44 years ago.
