2" coil springs are your only choice if you are keeping the drum brakes. There are no drop spindles available for drums.

If it were my truck I would spend the extra money on converting to disc brakes and use the drop spindles. IME, the drums are completely inadequate for running with modern traffic.

I went with ECE for the drop on the front of my '69. And highly recommend them.
