Even if you get the NP205 mated up to the Allison, you still have to overcome the issue with the VSS to get it to play nice with the Allison TCM in 4low. Why not use a 2wd Allison and divorce mount the NP205? That way the VSS sensor can stay in the trans and there will be no issue. The 2005-2008 Kodiak's that where 4x4 I think that had a divorced transfer-case setup...not 100% sure though.
