Someone had too much time on their hands. Must have had a bunch of spare parts laying around, drank a few beers with their buddies and took one look at that blazer in the driveway and said, "Hey Yall...."
Not sure why you would want to do it otherwise, can't tow anything of signifigance with it, the wheel base is still too short.
