Do you want to see something a bit gross?
My quasi-fiance had her knee operated on. She had to go completely under anesthesia, which I did not understand, but her mother is an operating room nurse, so maybe that got her a good deal price-wise. In USA I assume this would be an out-patient clinic & local anesthesia deal.
She had a ganglion cyst removed from her knee but ugh...it looks rough! It's been about two weeks but the area doesn't appear to be healing correctly.
She still lives at home and her mother refuses to allow her to use crutches, which I do not understand at all and have thrown up a lot of flak over.
