Unrestored panel trucks in barn condition, not running, maybe missing entire drive train, are $2500-up. Compete rust free examples are around $4-8000. US dollars that is ;-)
I couldn't find any 58 panel trucks for sale (proving they are rare and command a higher price) but I did find some unrestored pickups that were all around $10,000:
