I sprayed the rust changing primer under the lip of the quarter then painted behind the underside. Then bondo the lip and sand it to match the rest of the lip. If bondo is done correctly it will last quite a long time if rust doesnt keep eating the metal under the bondo. Mine looked very similar to cst62 blazer pics above. Obviously I didn’t plan on that being the final fix but after ten years it’s still holding strong.
