Next up was the additional tranny cooler off of the Roadmaster ... might as well use it. Bypassing the radiator all together, and running a large cooler in front is the preferred way, but my tranny temps in the burban should be marginal.

I will be towing with it, but nothing more than 5000 lbs or so.

First step was mounting of the cooler. I didn't get pics of that, but basically I just reshaped the aluminum brackets to fit the core. Looks like it was made for it ...

Rather than run rubber hose (that would be toooo easy), hardline is the answer !
