I really like the truck shown on page 2, it's a real beauty and desirable with the short wide bed. Like you, I would be concerned about what is under the paint, but that could be part of negotiating a price. I'd also really want to check out that air suspension, take pictures and ask the experts on here if it looks okay or would need to be redone. Not everyone knows how to do those right and could be much more troublesome than any rust/paint issues.
