I will check the TAC
I will check to see if it is in fact drive by wire
and I will also verify the year and get back to you.

Just a little more info on the van.....it is my bosses van. I use it at work. He bought it from one if the big elevator companys. I guess when they buy trucks and vans, they get them as stripped down as possible. I'm suprised it has power windows and locks. Were they standard back then?
