it is a 1982 Burb , imported from Texas in 1995 , plans are to put a 1979 front clip , I still have to buy a left inner fender & front fender , the rest of the pieces I will use come from a 1979 parted out long bed C-10 .
used to have a 6.2 Diesel in it , engine broken when I bought it ( traded in , in fact , for a 1979 Yamaha XS650SE , which had become a real piece of s**t , was about 500€ worth... ) , had a TH700R4 in it
now , it has a gassed 260ci Oldsmobile engine in it ( don't ask , please
), with a TH400 , but I will get for my X-mas a 350 Olds engine , coming from a Cad Seville 1978 ( still have to prove I was a good boy , though... )
should be ready to hit the road at half 2005 , for the Antwerp annual meeting ( 3d sunday of August ) in Belgium ( Yeah , I know , Where the f**k is Belgium ?
)
6.2 engine almost sold ( 250€ ) , had a connecting rod / crankshaft problem , still have a TH700R4 for sale
have no time and no $$$$$ to work on it right now , still busy to improve the home ( costs hell of $$$$ )
