weld, grind, weld, grind, weld, grind. Thats about it. If you have at least 2 spare hoods go for it. Jut cut out a piece that is the same length as the hood, then move it back a few inches and spot weld it, then bend the sides and go as high up as you want. You will have to do very small tack welds all over the place so you don't warp the metal. Then grind it all smooth when your done and glaze it, prime it and paint it. UM, oh yeah, you would be alot better off just buying one though. This will take tons of hours worth of work, and might turn out horrible, but then again it might look sweet. Up to you.
