The first place to start is acquiring a year specific wiring diagram that illustrates wiring color codes. Given the amount of circuits that are involved, there is probably more than one problem. The first electrical items to check is always the fuses and grounds... As an example -- the dimmer switch has nothing to do with the dash light failure. Except for a faulty cluster ground, the dash light failure has nothing to do with the turn signal indictors.
