Wow...... I just bout some drop spindles from them @ Pomona Swapmeet,they were boxed wrong. I called them the following Monday and was treated very well, my son lives closer to them than I do he exchanged the spindles for me without a problem.I don't know the internal workings or rules for the customer service operators but I would imagine treating customers like shiat is not whats excepted.I don't think the owner of the company would allow this behavior from an employee because it will effect sales and customer retention.Has anyone written a letter ?
