Truck also feels like brake booster isn't working and it trys to push through the brakes when your stopped. Tuner might be able to fix this.

I would try "J" pipes on it before adding an "H" pipe. They quieted my Panel Truck right down. My wife wouldn't ride in it before the "J" pipes..... Also a lot cheaper than an "H" pipe.
