To be fair the motor has lasted almost 50 years. that's pretty amazing.
The other thing is that I pooched it. The switch failed, so I bypassed it with a toggle. The bad news is I did not us a "momentary" switch and left it in the UP position which I think killed the motor.
Still trying to source one!
