In front you will leave the drop spindle & replace your factory spring with a 3" drop spring.
In rear you will have to do the flip kit, c-notch the frame & then replace either the drop hanger or drop shackle with the factory piece.
As far as shocks, I personally have had good luck with BellTech Nitro Shocks.
