having had powder coat done in the past I don't think the 300 is to far off the mark..but theres no need for you to do any rust/paint/undercoat removal...the sandblaster will make quick work of that...
my rbs were trashed ,so I bought a repop set for my truck...they are very heavily constructed..as good a oem was...im happy
I also have not heard of pc filler
