Not a lot of visual progress this week, but I am getting closer to driving:
-driveshaft is on order
-brake lines modified and brakes bled
-parking brake cables installed
-frame is finish welded
-new speedometer cable on the way
-new hole cut in floor for shifter

I’m contemplating the shifter solution, it’s pretty obvious that the current shifter is going to end up in the seat. I’m hoping to snag one from a Dakota at the pick n pull to at least get the truck driving, then figure out a way to adapt a Hurst stick later. Still need to cobble up the exhaust system too. But it feels like it’s close to being back on the road.
