I'm going to hate to see a shaved dash...just my opinion
I'd drop a 350 in it and clean it up. put a new gauge cluster, steering column and a bench seat in it.
I bought mine back from a guy who bought it from our local junkyard. Mine was parked by my Grandfather in '86
