I've read your thread on the windsheild. Didn't know if I wanted to slit my wrists or just cry, so I had a beer instead!
Anyways, it was your idea of trying the 67-70 deeper trim that made me buy it for mine. The glass guy thinks that maybe the windsheild will move and settle down and we'll get the trim in. I think NO WAY that will happen. What I do think though is I will get a dremel tool and cut off the 90 degree L shape off the bottom of the deeper trim and try and stuff it into the rubber. The slit in the rubber for the trim is so tight that I think gravity alone will hold it in. If it comes out, I'll try and use some sort of glue or weatherstrip adhesive to hold it in. If both of those fail, I'm getting a new gasket without the trim and will just live with it. Thanks for your thread though, lots of good information in it.
